2. What data do we collect?
We only ask for the data needed to prepare your proposal:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company and type of client
- Event details (experience, number of participants, location, date, space, duration, language, extras and comments)
3. What do we use your data for?
- To reply to your request and prepare your quote.
- To manage the booking and organisation of the activity, as well as administration and invoicing.
- Marketing communications: only if you tick the corresponding box in the form, we will send you news, offers and proposals about our activities by email. If you are already a client, we may also send you communications about services similar to those you have booked. In every case you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by writing to tocartpercusion@tocartpercusion.com.
4. What is the legal basis for processing your data?
- Replying to your request and preparing the quote: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Managing the booking, administration and invoicing: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Sending you marketing emails: your express consent, given by ticking the box (it is not pre-ticked) (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 21 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI). If you are a client, our legitimate interest in informing you about similar services (Art. 21.2 LSSI).
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, by writing to tocartpercusion@tocartpercusion.com or using the unsubscribe link in each email.
5. How long do we keep your data?
Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle it and, if you book, for the duration of the business relationship; it is then kept blocked for the legally required periods. Data used for marketing communications is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
6. Who do we share your data with?
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We work with providers acting as data processors who only access the data to provide their service: the form delivery service (Web3Forms), web hosting (Cloudflare), internal management tools (for example, Google Workspace) and, where applicable, the email marketing platform we use for marketing emails.
7. What are your rights?
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability by writing to tocartpercusion@tocartpercusion.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies
This website does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are collected in aggregate, anonymous form, without cookies.
9. Security and changes
Tocart Percusión applies the technical and organisational measures needed to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of your data, and reserves the right to amend this policy to reflect legal changes. We will inform you of any relevant changes.
