Recycled Percussion is the experience most closely aligned with your company's CSR and sustainability values. The instruments are made from recycled materials, sending a powerful message about environmental awareness that the team lives first-hand.

The process
How the experience works

Opening briefing
The facilitator connects the session with the team's key values: trust, communication and synergy.

Playful warm-up
Body dynamics and rhythm games that release tension, break the ice and spark creativity.

Getting started
Each participant receives an instrument and joins in. Everything is taught in a practical, accessible way.
- 04
Building together
Rhythmic patterns are learned and synced with the group. The team starts to sound like a single voice.
- 05
Final performance
The team performs its piece together. An experience where every member is key to success.

Reflective close
A feedback session where the team shares what they learned: collaboration, leadership, synchronisation.
